TRUNK OR TREAT SUCCESS
Thank you to all of the parents and families who were able to set up for the Trunk or Treat! That was so fun for the kids and a nice "treat" after all of their tricks. At the bottom of their treat bags were their new tank tops for team. Booster Club funds were used to purchase the tanks! They should be worn for team practices moving forward!

HALLOWEEEN PARADE - Saturday, October 28, 2023

Halloween parade costumes are $30. Please pay by cash, check to Pam Snyder, or Venmo @Pam-Snyder-37.
Please bring 2-3 bags of candy for the parade to the studio starting this week.
Saturday, October 28, 2023
- Line up: 5:15 pm
- Step off: 6:00 pm
- Meeting location: will be communicated the day of the parade.
- Tiger Stadium is the address to use for a GPS to get you close to the line up.
- Parade route: N Montgomery St, right on Garber St, left on N Juniata St, left on Allegheny St, left on Union St, ending around Spruce St & Walnut St.
- **Note: The ending location has changed from previous years.

Team Videos ON THE BAND APP

We have a large mix of ages and cell phone types. To accommodate, team videos will be placed on the "Band" app. This allows full length video posts and accommodates those athletes without a phone since they can download the app on a tablet, etc.

STUDIO DIRECTOR INVOICING SYSTEM
Invoices are now available for September and October.
Below read the below instructions carefully:

New Students
- Visit theshowtwirlers.com
- Click on the Studio Director link at the top.
- DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
- Hit the Forgot password button.
- Use the email you listed on registration and set up a new password.
- Any questions should be directed to Jenn Hall at (814-599-1388).
Automatic payments - if you are signed up for auto payments in Studio Director they will not start until Nov. 1. Note: On Nov. 1, the total amount owed will come out so please make any necessary changes to your billing prior to Oct. 31.

Tickets + Turkey Bowl Fundraiser

On Sunday, Oct. 15, all present team members received 2 letters and an envelope.

The envelope includes 6 tickets that need to be sold and returned (stubs & money) at November's team practice (Nov. 11).
One of the papers explains the Ticket Fundraiser.
The other paper explains the Turkey Bowl Fundraiser we will be doing! More info to come on that!

If anyone wants extra tickets to sell, or if your twirler didn't get any and you would like some, send a text to Angela Champion at (724-454-3499) and she will get them to you!

Krispy Kreme, anyone?

We are selling from Krispy Kreme donuts!

Profit for the twirler on all items is $5.00 per item with the exception of coffee, profit is $1.00 per item.
Orders + payment are due Thursday, Nov. 02.
Delivery will be Monday, November 13, time TBD.
The BOGO cards and Certificates have no expiration date and can be used at any Krispy Kreme location!

If you couldn’t make it, here’s a quick recap:

The two series of classes are running alongside one another.
Series 1 (Tuesdays from 5:30-6PM): Meant to build the CAS foundation from the ground up and get athletes knowledge on both compulsory and movement technique. It covers levels C -> BII.
Series 2 (Thursdays from 5:30-6PM): The second installment is meant to introduce higher levels of CAS, develop complex combinations, body technique, and covers levels A -> Elite.

Here is the Tentative Schedule

Join in on Sunday nights with Natalie Weber for a 45-minute virtual stretching class. Cost is $10 paid via venmo @natalie-weber23.

ShowTwirler Thanksgiving - Nov. 11 | 5:30 p.m.

We hope ALL ShowTwirler athletes will join us for our family Thanksgiving dinner.
The ShowTwirler Booster Club will purchase the main "dishes" from Olive Garden, but if you would like to provide paper products, set up/tear down, etc. sign up below!
