THANK YOU to those who joined us for the ShowTwirler Thanksgiving last Saturday evening. It was great to have a chance to laugh and spend some time together. A great big thank you to our Booster Club for purchasing the evening's main dishes!

Important Upcoming Dates:​​​

• Nov. 19 - Hollidaysburg Winterfest Parade (report at 1:30 p.m., parade starts at 2 p.m.)
• Dec. 2  - Altoona "Spirit of Christmas" Parade (report at 12:30 p.m., parade starts at 1:00 p.m.)
• Dec. 9  - In-person lessons at The Summit Tennis Court (8 a.m. - 2 p.m.); Team and lessons at CSA (2:30 - 5:30 p.m.) + ShowTwirlers Christmas Party and team photo session at 5:30 p.m. at The Studio.
• Dec. 10 - In-person lessons at The Summit Tennis Court (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.); Team (12 p.m. - 4 p.m.) 
• Dec. 16 + 17  - Findlay In-Person Lessons
• Dec. 18 - Jan. 2 - Studio Closed for Winter Break
• Jan. 3 - TwirlFest Entry Due

Hollidaysburg Winterfest Parade - Sunday, Nov. 19

• Arrival: 1:30pm
• Parade steps off: 2:00pm
• Exact location will be sent out Sunday so watch GroupMe

Attire:

• Tight black leggings
• ShowTwirler jacket
• Tan shoes
• Black gloves
• Nice makeup
• Pretty ponytail
• Headband $5, Scarf $5 - Headbands and scarves will be given at the parade. Please pay Pam Snyder with cash, check, or Venmo.
• 2-3 bags of candy
• Feel free to layer with black under your jacket and use body, toe, hand warmers.​​

Spirit of Christmas Parade - Dec. 2

• Date: Saturday, December 2
• Start Time: 1:00 PM; report by 12:30 p.m.
• The parade route is 9th Avenue & 17th Street to 12th Avenue to 12th Street to 11th Avenue & 16th Street
• Location Information: Downtown Altoona

THANK YOU for a productive team weekend in Altoona! Please review the videos on the BAND app and practice, practice. We will continue with Choreography on Dec. 9.
